Merkaba (also spelled Merkabah) represents our “light spirit body” and is an energetic field that surrounds us when we step into a higher state of consciousness. This energetic field forms the shape of a star tetrahedron. This formation of energy allows our light body to travel to higher dimensions and upgrade our being by integrating new frequencies which help us to see life through a much broader lens, to see life beyond a limited 3D perspective.

The Violet Flame of Transmutation is one amazing tool for clearing. It can be used in so many ways. This is one that I have used for years. Helping with personal energy, inner child healing. The latest is, I put a tiny ring of Violet Flame around the outside of my aura to help keep unnecessary energy from invading my sacred space. My favorite use is a bucket of Violet Flame when removing dense, or detrimental energy during a healing session.
Our ascension journey is one that occurs naturally, as we work toward healing those parts of us that need to have the light of consciousness shining on them. Until we can sit with our demons and bring them from the subconscious into our awareness they will continue to sit in the shadows. Lurking, coming out as they are triggered, outbursts, anger, emotions….bubbling up. This is personal work. Seeing patterns and cycles within ourselves and our family lineages.
We are magic, we have the power to create miracles. We have the power to choose and the power to move forward. We are magnetic (feminine) and electric (masculine).

The energy is calling to keep on your path, keep digging deeper into your own heart. You may not see your progress everyday, but you will be able to see and celebrate the changes you are making as you honor yourself and your journey.
Abundance comes in many different ways. See if you can count the different ways you see abundance around you. Gratitude for the amazing vision to see the different forms of abundance will be a pleasant surprise.
Share your realizations about your journey with like-minded friends. Friends who can see the value in what you share. Friends who may be able to use the information to help themselves. And, friends who can be truly happy for you and share your joy of the breakthrough you have experienced.
