Harm to None, Including Self

Good day! As mercury retrograde ends I have experienced a deep sadness. I felt some energy that was not usual for me. As I noticed this feeling I asked to clear all energy from my fields that did not belong to me. I also asked my higher self to remove all energy I was experiencing from the collective.

I must say I immediately felt better and more in line with how I normally feel. I have been told recently that this is a spiritual bypassing technique. I’m not entirely sure that it is.

I am not asking to remove what I personally am feeling. I feel it’s terribly important to remove energy that doesn’t belong to us. As empaths and highly sensitive people we collect up other people’s energy and the energy around us. How are we truly to identify those feelings arising within us if we do not know what belongs to us?

I feel we may be doing shadow work on energy we think belongs to us, but in reality we are picking it up from the collective or the people and situations around us or feel from other people.

There is a daily empath clearing that I have written. It is merely a guide. Please alter the wording to suit your particular needs. It has served me well along my journey. I have been using different variations of this clearing for many years.

Keeping your energy clear will ultimately help you get clear vision of what your energy feels like. A clear feeling of what is you energetically. This is a practice that is completely up to you to use. A tool to increase your awareness of the feelings you get in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy. A clearing of your channel to your higher self and a gateway to the higher energetic versions of you. A clarity and vision as to your personal shadow work, a direction of what may be lurking in your energy field. A step towards clearing your energy, the alchemy of an empath.

No one will do this for you. You, and you alone are responsible for your energy, your ascension/evolution, raising your vibration and your transformation.

Stay grounded and connected to the highest energy available to you. You are worth it! You are valuable to create ripples throughout the entire vibrational field within this multiverse and cosmos! The world would not be the same without your unique energetic signature. Be who you came here to be!
