There cannot be an ending without a new beginning. Embracing change will be something we all will be working with. Change can be scary but it can definitely be sacred. Change is inevitable. Embrace it, know that we cannot control change. It is the one constant of life. When we try to control, we are fighting with life. Relax, nothing is under control. Don’t struggle, float.
2019 will be a wonderful year of realizations and growth. Each of us is on our own journey of self discovery, self care, self love, union within our self. Union with our spiritual self and human self. A harmonizing of the outer world with our inner world.
We are the center of our own universe. Our thoughts, feelings, perceptions. How we see life, is through the filters we have each developed through our views of our experiences. The difference is the clarity, and honesty and awareness, our ability to see our live without judgement. The ability to see through our own bullshit. I don’t know how else to explain it. We are given rules from our parents, schools, even church, our friends, our perceived enemies, we take it all in. We develop our own beliefs. All can be accepted or rejected. We are able to see what works for us and what doesn’t. Do we have the strength to stand up and refuse to be influenced by what others are doing.
Do we have the strength and support around us to dismantle what is not working. If we are not able to do this in our own personal lives, how do we ever expect to have a society or world that we love, based of freedom, sovereignty for all, peace, love, kindness, compassion. It is our birthright on this planet to have those things. The more and more people who begin to honor those things in their own life, we will begin to see that happen more and more in the outer world, in society.
Indigo Adults was an amazing book. The line I most remember was something like this. When we begin to clean up our own square metre of the planet then we begin to open up a space for others to do the same. I am not going to quote it because I am not sure it is completely accurate. This could not me more true of a statement. As I dismantle blocks and barriers I have put up to protect me, and shield me from the outer world, I am beginning to see more and more of this around me.
The unseen world is more real than the world we see in this reality we live in.
When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
This coming year will bring us back to ourselves, back to what is truly important, seeing clearly the reality of the work that needs to be done. Seeking out empowerment for the long term betterment of our self and humanity. Coming home to rest peacefully in our own heart. Merging with our own soul. Ascending up the ladder of initiation, new awakenings and realizations. Seeking all that we have missed, tiny steps, retracing our path to see what we have missed.
Everyone and everything is our teacher, if we allow it to be.
