The Chinese symbol for crisis is made up of two ideographs; one means danger, and the other means opportunity.

Danger of losing yourself. Danger of losing people who no longer fit into this version of you. Danger of losing places that you have outgrown. Danger of losing things. Danger of becoming something you no longer recognize. Danger of the unknown.
Danger is scary. Dangers can be filled with fear and emotion. Danger can look and feel like chaos.
Danger can be the fear of endings, but it can also be the beginning of something new.
Death and life are sandwiched together as the opposite ends of the same thing. What if death and rebirth were the opposite ends of the same thing?
What if life can stand alone with no opposite. What if love has no opposite either? What if authenticity is way more powerful than love?
All the variables of our known existence are in crisis. This is danger and/or opportunity or both or neither. There is a choice of how we look at it.
Shining the light of awareness on crisis, danger, and opportunities opens up whole new levels of subtle vibrations. Nuances if you will. There are many levels of depth available to explore the energy.
There is something here for everyone. In this article, on this planet, in situations, in conversations, in healing, in people. It all depends on how you look at it, what filter or perspectives the light/information us traveling through to get to each individual. We are all very different, and yet at the core of our being, there is something we all carry with us.
The package, the box, something Eckhart Tolle speaks about in The Power of Now. All mystics speak about the same thing. The message never changes across all time and space as we know it, and beyond, I’m sure.
Reflection and contemplation are two of most useful tools to practice.
