You may not see how you are changing and shifting from where you are sitting. It may feel like there is no movement. Rest assured that energy, you, and society are shifting to a new way of being. In each and every moment, billions of decisions are being made that affect the outcome of our future reality. Each decision that is made affects every other choice. Great and small. It’s the millions of choices. It’s the ones that are made with a bit of awareness/consciousness that sends the ripples out and creates new realities.
You contain the energy of a powerful creator, whether you are aware of it or not. Sit with that statement. “I am a powerful creator.” Keep repeating it out loud or in your mind. Over and over again. 20x to start. See what shakes out. It may not happen right away. Maybe an hour later or a day or even a year. But, you spent some time with the statement, consciously. This is how you can reflect or contemplate an idea. This works for every idea, no matter how abstract or straightforward it is. This is one of the ways you can “sit with it.”
One of the reasons we have incarnated in this reality is to bring things from our unconscious or subconscious mind into our awareness or consciousness mind. This is the only way to break patterns and cycles. QHHT or BQH are hypnotherapy techniques that help with this. You set an intention beforehand and a list of questions for the practitioner to ask your subconscious mind. A great way to ask questions about patterns and cycles, family matters, mystical experiences, health and healing, etc.

Many spiritual seekers talk about shifting timelines. I find what is just a fancy way of saying we are becoming more aware of our own bullshit. Both personally and globally. We are beginning to look after the crap that’s in our own backyard and that is shifting the reality of the collective consciousness or collective unconscious, however, you choose to look at it. Raising our own personal awareness/consciousness is the only way we will be able to change what we see in the world. As millions of people begin to change their personal reality, there will be greater and greater shift in the global reality. That is how we can “raise our vibration.”

Alchemy is not only a new age catchphrase. It is used to transform the energy of ourselves and reality. Esoteric wisdom is one of the greatest tools you can ever use for yourself and others. (Secret societies know this and use it.)
