Metatron’s Cube – a sacred geometry symbol made of 13 circles, with each circle’s center connected to the centers of the other 12. It’s believed to contain the patterns of creation and the five Platonic Solids, which are thought to represent the fundamental building blocks of the universe.
Star Tetrahedron, Mer-ka-ba, Star of David – The Star Tetrahedron is the energetic and geometric representation of the human body, male and female, also called the Merkaba. Merkaba is an Egyptian word. The word ‘Mer’ is translated into ‘Light’, ‘Ka’ refers to the spirit, while ‘Ba’ refers to the body or physical being. The Star Tetrahedron, also known as Star of David or Mer-ka-ba, consists of two tetrahedrons interlocking. One has the point up, and the other the point is down.
Sphere – This is considered the Void. Nothing and everything all in one. Emptiness or even the Zero Point. The point where all the possibilities exist, the nothingness before a choice is made.
Dodecahedron – Considered to be aether or consciousness, connected to the throat, 3rd Eye and crown chakras. The all prevalent energy or animating force behind all creation, frequency, vibration, light, or information.
Cube or Hexahedron – The earth, the root chakra. Stability or a building block where it all begins. A solid foundation.
Isoscohedron – Water, the sacral chakra. Creativity, emotions, and passion.
Tetrahedron – Fire, the solar plexus chakra. Personal power center, the soul, willpower, ability to make choices.
Octahedron – Air, the heart chakra. Compassion, empathy, and a bridge between the physical and spiritual chakras.
There are many possibilities to use these shapes when visualizing for self healing and while doing sessions with people. I personally use them for Universal Energy Healing. It is a technique I have been using and coming up with different and unique ways to incorporate them into quantum and holographic healing. If they are the building blocks of creation, then there are ways of integrating them into embodiment and healing practices.
Reiki is an amazing base level healing modality that i recommend for learning how to feel and possibly see the movement of energy. Many people have used Reiki as a baseline to put their own unique touch on energy healing. Reiki seems to be the standard acceptable catch phrase for energy healing. At the most basic level, people have heard the term since it is practiced in some hospitals.
Quantum healing is now becoming more mainstream than it has in the past. Quantum healing uses the physics premise of no time. All is happening simultaneously. It has proven to be an amazing practice for unraveling ancestral, generational, past life energy and family cycles. I suppose it has what shamans have been doing for years.
As we peel back, one layer of stuck another will rise to the surface to be seen and acknowledged. We are simply uncovering more layers to be seen and brought to the light. We are making room for our true authentic self to be unveiled, seen, heard, and to shine brighter than we ever have before.
It doesn’t matter how, why, or when. Your journey soully belongs to you. There is not one person who can tell you the right way to do you. They can show you the way and give you the information, but the use and application of that information rests in your hands. What you do with it is your choice. Everyone knows something you don’t.
