A Must Have

For every healing journey, there comes a time when you long to look deeper into your experiences. A time when you truly want to know why you are having and creating the experiences you see around you. I have come to call this amazing book, “The bible.”

The Bible of healing

The Secret Language of Your Body is a fantastic expansion of the Louise Hay book called You can heal your life.

This book includes physical, mental, emotional, and energetic causes of dis-ease. It has a section list of ailments, emotions linked to the ailments, the use of color therapy, the systems of your body, and short exercises to help let go of the trapped energy causing these ailments.

This was a book I purchased a few years ago, 2021 or 2022. I spent some time reading through it and looking up different things for myself and others. At the time, I was also listening to a few of Joe Vitale’s books on Ho’oponopono. I discovered the work of Dr. Hew Len. I began to think what an amazing combination this would be with the list of ailments and emotional links. Any time I would hear a person talking about health concerns, I would look it up in the book as well as the concerns that I knew friends and family were experiencing. I would begin the Ho’oponopono process for each emotion that was listed with the ailment. I would also think about the person and any other people who had similar conditions. I realized that in doing this, I was working on myself as well as other people. Sacredly and silently to check on what energetic effects this would have for myself and those around me.

I have shared this practice with those around me, and now I am bringing it to this article as a method and tool for healing. Anyone who I have  brought the emotional causes to has certainly agreed that some or all of them are a contributing factor to their physical state that they find themselves in or can see how those around them are holding on to the listed emotions.

This is definitely not a substitution for medical care. I do not recommend solely relying on the work you can do with the emotions to cure or diagnose any conditions or symptoms.

This has been an amazing tool to use on my healing journey. Not everyone will be open to receive the information in this book or be willing to work with these emotions in a way that will elevate and lift some of the pain and suffering they are experiencing. Work with it for yourself. If someone says they are experiencing an ailment, look it up. Find out what is brewing inside yourself. Look up the list. Take an honest look at the emotions listed. Allow yourself to see what parts of your experiences have these emotions attached to them. As you say the Ho’oponopono statements to yourself let the times when you experienced these emotions come up to be seen by you. The process doesn’t need to be complicated. But, it does require action and willingness to dive a little deeper. This is emotional alchemy.

Recently, I have begun exploring the past life connections to some of these emotions that come up for ailments as well. I have been using emotions in Deep Dive sessions for about 6 years. The connections that we bring to the healing process is purely a need for mental satisfaction that something is being done. Taking a deep look at things seems to have more of a lasting impact on daily life. I truly believe this is why energy healing has a relatively short-term relief. Looking deeper has lasting effects. As we see and process these emotions, they are more deeply lifted from our experiences. Shining a light on them works best, I have found. Sometimes, a flashlight works, and sometimes, you will need to look deeper and deeper with a spotlight to see what’s happening.

Being committed to becoming whole and uncovering who I truly am at the core of my being has been the main focus of my journey. Learning how to navigate the energetic being with having the human experience is an ongoing and never-ending path. Remembrance, awakening to all of it. Triggers are our greatest teachers. When we deeply and honestly look at them. A deeper and deeper unfolding the rose of glory.

The book is so worth looking at and working with if you truly want to heal at a deeper level. Helping you and those around you who are ready to see. Always ask if they would like to see what emotions are linked to the condition. Otherwise, there may be anger, resentment, and denial. This is often the case when people are shown the truth and don’t want to look at it. Don’t forget the blaming too. That’s quite a realization.
